Taco Salad


2 bags of precut garden salad or two heads of lettuce chopped
1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or cheddar/jack
1 can pinto beans (Drained) sometimes I use kidney beans
2 tomatoes chopped up
1 bunch of green onions chopped up
1 lb bag Fritos
1 bottle of catalina dressing

Mix it all together in large bowl and serve immediately. (This is another use for that huge Tupperware bowl!)

If you make it the night before just wait to toss in the
chips and the dressing right before serving or the day of so the chips stay crispy!
