Neat Veggie Pizza

This was prepared for us at the cookie party I attended Saturday, so I couldn’t help but make it to share at our lifegroup Christmas party.  Ho Ho Ho!

Wreath Pizza

  • 2 cans crescent rolls – points to center, overlapped (I used a glass to make the hole in the middle uniform.   Bake on pizza stone and cool.
  • 2 cream cheese – softened (I added Tastefully Simple Spinach Spinach & a cup of grated cheese dip for flavor)  – spread on cooled crust.
  • Top with finely chopped broccoli, sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes and make the bow out of thinly sliced zucchini (threaded on a toothpick).  The candy canes are bell peppers (cut from the top “hump”).
  • Ruth, the neat Pampered Chef consultant,  suggested the crust be pre-cut before slathering on the cream cheese.  That made serving very neat and easy.

It’s pretty, but it’s also delicious!
